Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

mydreambagboutique.com uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data and during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Returns/Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our handbags, all sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash

Workmanship Guarantee:  Workmanship defects are few and usually minor.  If for some reason you have discovered a defect within 14 days of purchase, please return the bag for repair or replacement.  When making your purchase, you agree with these terms.You may request a Merchandise Return Form via our customer service e-mail address customerservice@mydreambagboutique.com  All defective products must be returned with a Merchandise Return Form in order to ensure your defective product is exchanged or repaired.

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 9% will be charged to all orders shipped within Illinois.

Shipping: My Dreambag Boutique ships within the Continental United States via USPS Priority, or Express mail.

Custom made handbags generally take 4-8 weeks from the date of order placement. In stock handbags are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed. A shipping notice with tracking confirmation will be emailed to you.

Special Offers:  My Dream Bag Boutique will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
