How long will it take to receive in stock Custom made "Dreambags" and "Carrie Ella "designer handbags?
In stock handbags are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed. A shipping notice with tracking confirmation will be emailed to you.
What kind of warranty comes with my Dreambag?
Our handbags are handcrafted using only the finest leather and superior craftsmanship. Every handbag is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that our quality standards have been met. My Dreambag Boutique is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of your bag.
Workmanship defects are rare and usually minor. If for some reason you have discovered a defect, within 14 days of purchase, please obtain an RMA from customerservice@mydreambagboutique.com. We will be happy to replace or exchange the bag. Due to the custom nature of our handbags, all sales are final. When making your purchase you agree with these terms.
What are the brand names of My Dreambag custom made handbags?
At my Dreambag Boutique our mantra is: "The Bag About You". Although some of our handbags may be modeled after designer styles, each handbag is handcrafted one bag at a time, with unique detailing, customized to the customers specifications and standards. We do not offer brand name products, logos or represent our bags as such.
Can Carrie Ella Designer bags be customized?
Carrie Ella designer handbags are origninal designs by "Carrie Ella" and cannot be customized. "Carrie Ella bags come in a variety of fashionable colors, are generally in stock and ready to ship. The CE logo is detachable so we may stay true to our concept of "thinking outside the logo." Carrie Ella Handbags are a division of My Dreambag.
